EAGLE VALLEY RESORT offers a fully functional RV-hookup for overnighter's or year-round living.  EAGLE VALLEY RESORT is nestled between Echo Dam and Eagle Valley Dam (Spring Valley State Park)

 

48 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS ON ALL RV RESERVATIONS TO RECEIVE A REFUND (LESS CANCELLATION CHARGE)

LESS THAN 48 HOURS CANCELLATION - 1 NIGHT CHARGE

TO AVOID CANCELLATION FEES, HAVE US HOLD YOUR DEPOSIT TO BE USED AT ANOTHER VISIT

NO CANCELLATIONS FOR RESERVATIONS DURING HOLIDAYS OR EVENT WEEKENDS. MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4TH AND LABOR DAY 3 NIGHT MINIMUM.

 

A  $25.00 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY CANCELLATION AT ANY TIME.

There are showers and a laundry room (4 coin operated washers/dryers) available to all renters.

Propane is available by tank exchange/purchase or delivered if yearly resident.

Cabin Rates:

**ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING**

Small Cabins (A, B, D & E) - Double bed and twin bunk bed; PETS ALLOWED  $90+ tax/fees per night

Large 2 Bedroom Cabin (C) - Double bed in one room, bunk bed in second bedroom, pull out couch in living room; NO PETS ALLOWED  $129.80+ tax/fees per night

Medium 1 Bedroom Cabin (F) - King bed and double hide-abed, full size refrigerator.  NO PETS ALLOWED  $118.75+tax/fees per night

Medium 1 Bedroom Cabins (G & H) - California King bed with twin trundle bed; NO PETS ALLOWED  $118.75+ tax/fees per night

ONLY THE SMALL CABINS ALLOW FOR PETS.  WE ARE TRYING TO ACCOMODATE FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES.  PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS IN THE OTHER CABINS.  WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Cabin and Park Rules 

 

Check out time is 11:00 AM on the date of your departure, you may be charged for an additional day. 

All rooms are non-smoking. There is a $150.00 fee if you smoke in the room, this includes marijuana. You may smoke outside, on the porch or in the bar. 

If any items are taken, damaged or destroyed, you will be charged for the. A minimum fee of $150.00 will be charged to the card that we have on file. If you notice something broken or missing, please inform one of the staff members immediately. 

Dishes are your responsibility. Please make sure all dishes are washed and put away. If not, you will be charged a fee of $30.00.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED

BBQ's and Fires are your responsibility. Please do not leave fires unattended, do not allow the flames to be higher than 3'. Put fires out COMPLETELY when you are finished using them each time. During the summer, when it is hot and dry, there could be a moratorium on all fires.

You may bring your side by sides or four-wheelers and drive them in the park or out to dirt roads, speed limit in the park is 5 miles per hour. If you are speeding or causing any destruction, you will be asked to slow down and follow the rules. If asked a second or third time you may lose the privilege to drive in the park. After that you be asked to leave the premises. There are many dirt roads and HOV roads that are all around the park, however, we recommend that you comply with Nevada laws regarding registration, safety and road rules. Please contact the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles for more information on the laws. 

There are several mines in the hills surrounding Eagle Valley, Ursine and Spring Valley State Park. We encourage our guests to enjoy the outdoors and all of the history that has built Lincoln County. But we ask that you STAY OUT AND STAY ALIVE, when it comes to the mines. We also ask that you do not go into any private properties. 

We love Eagle Valley and hope you do too, but the park is home to people and wild desert critters. We want to keep the beauty of the valley. We hope you too enjoy all that nature has to offer and leave things better than you found them!
